Tucson, Az

It is hard to fathom what we just accomplished.  Three 20 year old cyclists from Canada just drove clear across the continent.  From Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada to Tucson, Arizona, USA. WOW what a trip.  In 33 hours we covered 3,378km that is 9% of the circumference of the world.  We crossed 2 Canadian provinces and 5 American states.  Our longest rest stop was 15min.

We battled blizzards in Canada, Montana, and Utah.  We saw Salt-lake City, the Las Vegas Strip, the Hoover damn and drove Mario-cart rally on the free ways of phoenix.  We arrived at our condo with no furnature and no food.  We quickly had a bite to eat and set up a camp site in the living room for a good 12 hour sleep.

We spent the next day with light recovery training and some serious nesting activity.  It almost qualifies as a household. I took a great many pictures on the way down, and I am currently battling with our week internet connection to try to get them posted.  The data stream is not great so they may remain a mystery for a while.  Look forward to it.

Training shall be based solely on feel,
while racing shall be guided by sensations and instinct.
